Chicken Meatballs in White Sauce

Ingredients: For Chicken Meatballs

  1. 1 lb ground chicken thighs

  2. 1 cup bread crumbs (scratch is the best! If you don't have time then store bought is just as great)

  3. 1/2 cup diced onions

  4. 4 garlic cloves minced

  5. Half a lemon squeeze

  6. 1 cup chicken broth

  7. 1 cup cream

  8. 1 cup Parmesan (Freshly grated)

  9. 1/4 cup parsley (Fresh)

  10. 1 egg

  11. S + P

  12. 3 tbs paprika

  13. Corn Starch

  14. 3 tbs room temperature water


Directions: Chicken Meatballs

  1. Mix in Egg, onion, garlic, parsley & seasoning.

  2. Fold in lightly with hands chicken, Parmesan & lemon juice.

  3. Form into balls and sear until browned then set aside.


Directions: White Sauce


  1. In same pan you cooked your chicken meatballs add butter and garlic let it cook for 1 min.

  2. Add flour and S+P

  3. Add chicken broth 1/4 cup at a time

  4. Add cream & a splash of milk

  5. Add Parmesan and parsley

  6. Make a slurry using cornstarch and water and mix until liquid is white. Slowly pour in your slurry. (Key to making it extra creamy! (You can skip this step of course if you like it a little runny)

  7. Put the chicken meatballs back into the pan and cover. Cook on low heat for about 6 mins or until chicken is white in the middle.

  8. Eat & Enjoy (:
